All products are sold strictly for laboratory research and development use only and are not for human or animal consumption. Due to the nature of these products, our refund and return policy is designed to comply with applicable regulations while ensuring fairness.
1. No Returns or Exchanges on Opened Products
Because our peptides are sensitive research chemicals provided in lyophilized form, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, reconstituted, or partially used products. Once a vial is opened or the seal is broken, the product cannot be resold or reused for research integrity and safety reasons. This policy aligns with standard practices in the research peptide industry.
2. Unopened Products
- You may request a return of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of the original purchase date (or shipment date, whichever is later).
- The product must be in resalable condition with intact seals, labels, and packaging.
- Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price (or higher if applicable shipping/handling costs were incurred).
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We inspect all orders before shipping. If you receive:
- A damaged product (e.g., broken vial or compromised packaging),
- A defective product (e.g., manufacturing issue confirmed by our quality control), or

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and details.
- Eligible cases may qualify for a full refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label when appropriate.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before shipment with a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted, but you may refuse delivery for a potential refund minus shipping and restocking fees.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Exclusions
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Products purchased on sale, promotional bundles, or with discount codes may have additional restrictions.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with a history of excessive returns or suspected misuse.
- Refunds are not issued for products suspected of non-research use or violation of our Terms of Service.
6. How to Initiate a Return
